SARGENT

Primary Responsibilities: Recruiting will be the main objective in this role. You will be responsible for sending out broadcasts on a regular basis to bring in new recruits to A@W.

Requirements: To be eligible to apply for this position you must have completed your probationary period with the family and have a white icon in chat. Your account must be in good standing with A@W and you cannot currently be subject to any disciplinary action within the family.

CAPO

Primary Responsibilities: Training new recruits which have been brought into the family and handling minor issues brought to you by other members of the family. You will have the ability to order attacks and protection on a soldier's page as long as it is only involving a few individuals. If there is potential that an entire family could get involved, the decision should involve a underboss. Capos are not allowed to negotiate a standdown with another family we are currently at war with.

Requirements: You must currently be serving in the role of Sargent and have 12 documented recruits which have successfully completed their probationary period. Your account must be in good standing with A@W and you cannot currently be subject to any disciplinary action within the family.

HEAD-CAPO

Primary Responsibilities: Providing support to the Capos and assisting family with daily issues. You will be responsible for training new recruits when there are no Capos available to do so. You will be the point of contact for any escelations that come from the other Capos regarding attack orders or orders of protection. You will also be the point of contact when there are questions concerning the legitimacy of a new recruit's account. You will work with Underbosses and assist in the implementation of any new processes and ensure that all Capos are informed of these new procedures.

Requirements: You must currently be serving in the role of Capo. You must be a regular presence in chat and have a good report with the members of the family. You must have a proven track record of leadership and demonstrate the moral characteristics expected of someone in a leadership role within the family. Your account must be in good standing with A@W and you cannot currently be subject to any disciplinary action within the family.

UNDERBOSS

Primary Responsibilities: Providing support to the Capos, Head-Capos and members of the family. You will be responsible for training new recruits when there are no Capos or Head-Capos available to do so. You will be the point of contact for any escelations from the Head-Capos. You will have the ability to order attacks, protection posts and hitlists. You will also have the ability to take the family to war if the situation dictates it. You will work directly with the Bosses in the family to ensure that all members are abiding by the rules and help integrate any changes being made within A@W.

Requirements: You must currently be serving in the role of Head-Capo. You must be a regular presence in chat and maintain this same level of dedication during your term as Underboss. You must have a good report with the members of the family and have a proven track record of leadership. You must continually demonstrate the moral characteristics expected of someone in a leadership role within the family. Your decision-making ability must be sound and your ability to follow directions provided to you is a must. You will be required to know the rules and procedures of the family and be able to demonstrate this knowledge in a working family environment. Your account must be in good standing with A@W and you cannot currently be subject to any disciplinary action within the family.

BOSS

Primary Responsibilities: Providing support to all members of the family and serving as a direct report to the Underbosses. Your role within the family is that of a strong leader and your actions must demonstrate this on a constant and continual basis. You will be expected to uphold the strong moral characteristics which A@W holds in such high regards. You will work directly with the Godfather / Godmother to determine who the most suitable candidates are for advancement within the family. You will be a pivitol part in implementing new ideas, running wars, providing support to all those who require it and making A@W a great place for all new members to come.

Requirements: You must currently be serving in the role of Underboss. You must be a regular presence in the chat and maintain this same level of dedication during your term as Boss. As a Boss, you are not held to a quota as to the amount of time you should spend in chat and with the family but it is assumed that you will make every effort to be there as much as possible each day as there are many members that rely on you being present. Loyalty is expected and required above all else. You must understand the values of A@W and be willing to do all that is required in order to uphold those values. This will be the most scrutinized position of all as you are second in command to the Godfather / Godmother of this family. It is necessary that you have a tough skin and be willing to handle day-to-day stresses as each day will present a new difficult task which you must handle. The ability to multi-task is also a requirement as you will find yourself facing questions in 5 different PM's, managing a war, checking a new recruit's accounts, talking in chat and being hit up about a new process. This job is not for the weak and if you are only in it for the power... think again. You will be required to know the rules and procedures of the family and be able to demonstrate this knowledge in a working family environment.
